The personal social network is designed as means to connect with buddies through photosharing, commenting, and group discussions. The business social network is designed to make business connections. Individual members may place may submit their letter of interest, resume, and online video directly to an employer. The employer may purchase a subscription membership to view the online video. Individual members may identify other individual members as references.
